1. How the Backlink Marketing Method Works
Backlink Marketing is easy because it’s not marketing anything to website visitors, you don’t even need visitors to your websites. Put in it’s simplest terms, “Backlink Marketing” is selling links on websites to other website owners.
Why do people want these links?
It's widely understood that for a website to do well in the organic search results they need backlinks and the more the better.
All other things being equal, the site with the most "targeted" backlinks to it will appear highest in the SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages).
"Targeted" links are links that have the relevant keywords in the text of the link, for example a site on Dog Training will want links that point back to it that include the words “Dog Training”.
This means that webmasters are always looking for good quality targeted backlinks for their sites and the important bit for us is that serious webmasters are willing to pay for these links. Even better, once they’ve bought a link on one of your sites they will tend to keep it for a long time.
I have some links that I set up a year ago and I’m still getting paid for them each and every month.
So all we need is make some high PR (Google PageRank) sites that we can offer links on. We don’t even need to find the customers or set up a payment processor, we offer the links through a third party who deal with all of the admin hassles and find the customers for us.

Part of the beauty of this method is that we do not care whether our sites actually get any visitors, it doesn’t matter as visitors or traffic is unnecessary for us to earn money, we just sell links.
This means no more hours spent trying to get our sites to rank well in the SERPs, doing keywords research or checking the site stats to see where visitors are coming from. It just doesn’t matter, all we need to do is get enough backlinks to our sites to get a high PR score in Google.
